It took a little longer for some cities to warm to the concept of the IPL, and Delhi was certainly one of them.
However, the capital has now embraced the league with open arms, and the atmosphere at the Ferozeshah Kotla was simply electric. It helps that they have a really champion team, with an icon like Virender Sehwag.
Kolkata was possibly the first team that took to the concept of city loyalties but the rest are catching up. This is the sense I got at the game.
